Tranche A Termination Date definition

Tranche A Termination Date means the earlier of October 31, 2004 and the date of termination in whole of the Tranche A Term Commitments, the Letter of Credit Commitments and the Revolving Credit Commitments pursuant to Section 2.05 or 6.01.
