Tranche B Collateral definition

Tranche B Collateral shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(c) hereof.

Tranche B Collateral as defined in Section 2(b)(i) of the Collateral Assignment Agreement.

Tranche B Collateral means all of each Borrower's now owned or hereafter acquired right, title and interest in and to (a) any and all Gaming Equipment or other Equipment, the purchase of which was financed, in full or in part, with proceeds of one or more Tranche B Advances, and (b) the proceeds and products, whether tangible or intangible of any of the foregoing, including proceeds of insurance coverage of any and all of the foregoing.

• If the Tranche B Collateral Agent has materially breached or failed to perform any material provision of this Agreement or of applicable law, the Required Tranche B Lenders may agree in writing to remove and replace the Tranche B Collateral Agent with a successor Tranche B Collateral Agent from among the Tranche B Lenders.

• In any such event, upon the acceptance of its appointment as successor the Tranche B Collateral Agent hereunder, such successor Tranche B Collateral Agent shall succeed to all the rights, powers, and duties of the retiring Tranche B Collateral Agent and the term “ Tranche B Collateral Agent” shall mean such successor Tranche B Collateral Agent and the retiring Tranche B Collateral Agent’s appointment, powers, and duties as the Tranche B Collateral Agent shall be terminated.

• Except as expressly otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Tranche B Collateral Agent shall have and may use its sole discretion with respect to exercising or refraining from exercising any discretionary rights or taking or refraining from taking any actions that the Tranche B Collateral Agent expressly is entitled to take or assert under or pursuant to this Agreement and the other Tranche B Collateral Documents.

• The Tranche B Collateral Agent agrees to act as agent for and on behalf of the Tranche B Lenders on the conditions contained in this Section 15.

• Should any Tranche B Lender obtain possession or control of any such Tranche B Collateral, such Tranche B Lender shall notify the Tranche B Collateral Agent thereof, and, promptly upon the Tranche B Collateral Agent’s request therefor shall deliver possession or control of such Tranche B Collateral to the Tranche B Collateral Agent or in accordance with the Tranche B Collateral Agent’s instructions.

Tranche B Collateral means all Collateral upon which a Lien is granted to the Tranche B Collateral Agent.

Tranche B Collateral means the amounts or Securities deposited by Sxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx in an account subject to the security interest of the Interim Mall Lender pursuant to the terms of the Tranche B Collateral Security Agreement.
