Tranche B Commitment Percentage means, at any time, with respect to each Tranche B Lender, the percentage obtained by dividing its Tranche B Commitment at such time by the Total Tranche B Commitment.

Tranche B Commitment Percentage as to any Bank, the percentage of the aggregate Tranche B Commitments constituted by such Bank's Tranche B Commitment.
