Tranche B Term Loan definition
Tranche B Term Loan as defined in Section 2.1.
Tranche B Term Loan means a Loan made pursuant to clause (b) of Section 2.01.
Tranche B Term Loan means a Tranche B Term Loan made by a Lender to Company pursuant to Section 2.1(a)(ii).

Upon the funding of the Tranche B Term Loan (if any), Borrower shall pay to Agent, for the benefit of Lenders, a fee (the “Tranche B Closing Fee”, and together with the Tranche A Closing Fee, collectively, the “Closing Fee”) in the amount of $37,500, which fee shall be deemed fully earned and non-refundable as of the date of funding of such Tranche B Term Loan.
Notwithstanding anything set forth herein or in any other Loan Document to the contrary, the decision by Agent and L▇▇▇▇▇▇ to make the Tranche B Term Loan available to Borrower shall be made by Agent and Lenders in their sole, and absolute discretion.
More Definitions of Tranche B Term Loan
Tranche B Term Loan shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.01(b).
Tranche B Term Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 2.01(b)(i), which shall initially be made as an ABR Loan but thereafter may be an ABR Loan and/or a Eurodollar Loan.
Tranche B Term Loan means each loan advanced by a Lender pursuant to Section 2.01(b). For purposes of clarification, any calculation of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Tranche B Term Loan on any date of determination shall mean the aggregate principal amount of the Tranche B Term Loan made pursuant to Section 2.01(b) that has not yet been repaid as of such date.
Tranche B Term Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.
Tranche B Term Loan means a U.S. Tranche B Term Loan and/or a Foreign Tranche B Term Loan, as applicable.

The aggregate amount of Tranche B Term Loans outstanding on the Restatement Date after giving effect to the Voluntary Prepayment is $8,735,911,471.67.
