Tranche C Note definition

Tranche C Note means a promissory note evidencing Tranche C Loans, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.

Tranche C Note means a promissory note in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B-3, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Tranche C Note means the promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of the Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit B-3 hereto, evidencing the Tranche C Advances.

• This Tranche C Note and the obligation of Borrower to repay the unpaid principal amount of this Tranche C Note, interest thereon, and all other amounts due Lender under the Loan Agreement are secured pursuant to the Collateral Documents.

• Presentment for payment, demand, notice of protest and all other demands and notices of any kind in connection with the execution, delivery, performance and enforcement of this Tranche C Note are hereby waived.

More Definitions of Tranche C Note

Tranche C Note means the amended and restated promissory note provided for Lender’s Tranche C Advance and any promissory note delivered in substitution or exchange therefor, in each case as the same shall be modified, supplemented, amended or restated and in effect from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Tranche C Note shall have the meaning given such term in Paragraph 7(c) above.
