Tranche C Obligations definition

Tranche C Obligations means (a) the due and punctual payment of principal of and interest on (subject to the provisos to Section 2.05(b)) the Tranche C Loans and (b) the due and punctual payment of all other present and future, fixed or contingent, monetary obligations of the Borrower and the Guarantors to GM with respect to the Tranche C Loans under this Agreement.
Tranche C Obligations means the Obligations of the Borrowers other than --------------------- Purina Korea, Inc.

More Definitions of Tranche C Obligations

Tranche C Obligations means, without duplication, all of the obligations of the Borrower to the Tranche C Lender (in its capacity as such), whenever arising, under this Credit Agreement or any Tranche C Letter of Credit or related LOC Documents (including, but not limited to, any interest accruing after the occurrence of a Bankruptcy Event with respect to the Borrower, regardless of whether such interest is an allowed claim under the Bankruptcy Code).
