Tranche C Termination Date definition

Tranche C Termination Date means the earlier of:

Tranche C Termination Date means the Forbearance Date or such earlier date on which this Agreement shall terminate in accordance with the provisions hereof or by operation of law.

Tranche C Termination Date. The earliest of (a) the Tranche C Maturity Date; or (b) at the option of the Tranche C Lender, the occurrence of a Change in Control, or (c) the occurrence of any event described in Section 10.11, below; or (d) the date set as the Tranche C Termination Date in a notice by the Administrative Agent to the Lead Borrower on account of the occurrence of any Event of Default other than as described in Section 10.11, below.
