Tranche Period definition

Tranche Period means, with respect to any Purchaser Interest held by a Financial Institution:
Tranche Period means a period of days ending on a Business Day selected pursuant to Section 1.3, which (i) for a CP Tranche shall not exceed 270 days, (ii) for a Eurodollar Tranche shall not exceed 180 days, and (iii) for a Prime Tranche shall not exceed 30 days.

  • If no Tranche Period is specified in a Notice of Borrowing, then the Borrower shall be deemed to have selected a Tranche Period of three months duration.

Tranche Period means, with respect to any Purchaser Interest held by a Financial Institution, including any Purchaser Interest or an undivided interest in a Purchaser Interest assigned to a Financial Institution pursuant to a Liquidity Agreement:
