Transaction Instruction definition

Transaction Instruction means a written order signed by the holder or the Depository, entitled to request that one or more actions be taken, or such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Warrant Agent, requesting one or more such actions to be taken in respect of an Uncertificated Warrant;
Transaction Instruction means a written order signed by the holder or CDS, entitled to request that one or more actions be taken, or such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Warrant Agent, requesting one or more such actions to be taken in respect of an Uncertificated Warrant;
Transaction Instruction means an instruction given by use of the Card.
