Transaction Liens definition

Transaction Liens means the Liens granted by the Lien Grantors under the Security Documents.
Transaction Liens means the Liens on Collateral granted by the Credit Parties under the Security Documents.

  • Upon the Disposition of any Collateral in a transaction permitted under the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, the Transaction Liens on such Collateral shall be automatically released without further action or consent by the Collateral Agent or any other Person (including any other Secured Party).

  • In each case, it will promptly make all Intellectual Property Filings necessary to record the Transaction Liens on such Recordable Intellectual Property.
