Except as provided herein and subject to Exhibit 2 (Transaction Limits) and Section VII(B) (Transfer Limitations), you may make withdrawals from your Account up to the available balance in your Account by any means that we make available to you.
For a description of certain limits, please see Section VIII(B) (Transfer Limitations) and Exhibit 2 (Transaction Limits), which is incorporated herein by reference.
Withdrawals and disbursements may be made in U.S. dollars and via the withdrawal and disbursement methods set forth in Schedule 2 (Funds Availability, Transaction Limits and EFT Disclosures) and Schedule 5 (Debit Card Agreement) included herewith.
Once your Card is active, subject to the limitations of this Agreement, you may use your Card, as applicable, to make purchases at any merchant that accepts payment using the Card, as long as you do not exceed the value available in your Account and as no purchase (whether individually or in aggregate) exceeds the transaction Limits set forth in Exhibit 2 (Transaction Limits) or transfer exceeds the limits set forth in Section VII(B) (Transfer Limitations).
The limits in effect as of the most recent update to this Agreement are shown in the Schedule of Transaction Limits attached at the end of this Agreement.
