Transaction Notice definition

Transaction Notice means a written request of Seller to enter into a Transaction in a form attached as Exhibit C hereto or such other form as shall be mutually agreed upon between Seller and Purchaser, which is delivered to the Purchaser in accordance with Section 3(c) herein.

Transaction Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.02(a).

Transaction Notice means a written notice to a Sales Agent or a Forward Seller delivered in accordance with this Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Examples of Transaction Notice in a sentence

• The parties acknowledge and agree that all share related numbers contained in this Agreement and any Transaction Notice shall be adjusted to take into account any stock split effected with respect to the Shares.

• The Transaction Notice shall originate from any of the individuals from the Company set forth on Schedule B (with a copy to each of the other individuals from the Company listed on such Schedule), and shall be addressed to each of the individuals from the Agent set forth on Schedule D, as such Schedule D may be amended from time to time.

Transaction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

Transaction Notice means a written or electronic request by the Seller delivered to Buyer to enter into a Transaction hereunder, which may be delivered electronically in the form of a Loan Schedule.
