Transaction Party definition

Transaction Party means the Company and each Guarantor, collectively, “Transaction Parties”.
Transaction Party means a party to a Transaction Document (other than the Issuer).

  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, each Guarantor hereby waives promptness, diligence, protest, notice of acceptance and any other notice or formality of any kind with respect to any of the Guaranteed Obligations and this Guaranty and any requirement that the Collateral Agent exhaust any right or take any action against any Transaction Party or any other Person or any Collateral.
