Transaction Shares definition

Transaction Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02.
Transaction Shares shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.
Transaction Shares means collectively, the Principal Shares, the Interest Shares, the Prepayment Shares and the Warrant Shares.

Transaction Shares means the Underlying Shares, the Warrant Shares and any shares of Common Stock issued or issuable upon conversion of the Other Notes, in lieu of payment of cash interest on the Other Notes or upon exercise of or otherwise pursuant to the Common Stock Purchase Warrant issuable or issued pursuant to the Other Purchase Agreements or the Common Stock Purchase Warrants issued or issuable upon redemption of Other Notes.
Transaction Shares means the Shares, the International Shares and the Policyholder Shares, collectively.
