Transfer Agent Instruction Letter definition
Transfer Agent Instruction Letter means the letter from the Company to the Transfer Agent in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.
Transfer Agent Instruction Letter means the letter from the Company to the Transfer Agent which instructs the Transfer Agent to issue shares of Common Stock upon conversion of the Preferred Stock or upon the payment of dividends in shares of Common Stock, in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.
