The transactions contemplated by the Further Transfer Agreements shall be consummated to the extent that such transactions are intended to be substantially contemporaneous with the transactions hereunder.
Receivables to be purchased by the Servicer under Section 2.07 or to be repurchased by the Depositor, the Seller or the Servicer under Pooling Agreement and the Further Transfer Agreements as of the last day of any Monthly Period shall be identified by Receivable number (as set forth in the Schedule of Receivables).
