Transfer by Borrower. The Borrower may not, without the consent of the Agent, given on the instructions of all the Lenders transfer any of its rights, liabilities or obligations under any Finance Document.
Transfer by Borrower. The Borrower may not assign or transfer any of its rights, liabilities or obligations under any Finance Document.
Transfer by Borrower. The Borrower may not, without the prior written consent of the Lender:
(a) transfer any of its rights or obligations under any Finance Document and the Master Agreement; or
(b) enter into any merger, de-merger or other reorganisation, or carry out any other act, as a result of which any of its rights or liabilities would vest in, or pass to, another person.
Transfer by Borrower. The Borrower may not, without the consent of the Agent, given on the instructions of all the Lenders:
