Transfer Certificate definition

Transfer Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Form of Transfer Certificate) or any other form agreed between the Agent and the Borrower.
Transfer Certificate has the meaning given in Clause 26.2;
Transfer Certificate means a certificate in an approved form providing details of insured persons, policy held, and benefits paid. This is supplied by the previous health insurer.

Examples of Transfer Certificate in a sentence

  • The Facility Agent shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after it has executed a Transfer Certificate or an Assignment Agreement, send to the Borrower a copy of that Transfer Certificate or Assignment Agreement.

  • The Lender shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after it has executed a Transfer Certificate or an Assignment Agreement, send to the Company a copy of that Transfer Certificate or Assignment Agreement.
