Transfer Dates means, in respect of a Series held by the Trust and a Reporting Period, the day of the month following the month in which the related Reporting Day occurs specified as such in the related Series Purchase Agreement (and set out in the applicable pricing supplement), or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day.
