Transfers definition

Transfers and “Transferred” have the correlative meanings.

Transfers means transfers and international payments.

Transfers means, with respect to the Shares, any sale, pledge, hypothecation, gift, devise, distribution, or other disposition of Shares, including, but not limited to, any direct or indirect change in legal or beneficial ownership effected by any voluntary or involuntary disposition of Shares or by operation of law or by legal or equitable process.
