Transition Manager definition

Transition Manager means ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, National Association, a national banking association, in its capacity as Transition Manager under the Management Agreement and/or any other Person or entity performing similar services for the Borrower which has been approved in writing by the Administrative Agent.
Transition Manager means Wilmington Trust in its capacity as the transition manager under the Management Agreement.
Transition Manager shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.7(a).
