Transitional Employees definition

Transitional Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.17(a).

Transitional Employees means each Seller Employee listed in Section 4.12(a)(v) of the Disclosure Schedule who receives and accepts an offer of temporary employment from the Purchaser in accordance with Section 4.12(b) hereof.

Transitional Employees is defined in Section 10.1(a).
