Transitional Services Agreements definition

Transitional Services Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.12.

Transitional Services Agreements means the Global Transitional Services Agreement, the Pilot Plant Services Agreement dated on or around the Effective Date between a member of the Supplier’s Group (as the provider of services) and a member of the Purchaser’s Group (as the recipient of services).

Transitional Services Agreements means, collectively, the Transitional Services Agreement and the Reverse Transitional Services Agreement.

• By an order dated August 21, 2009 the PSCW ordered that work under the Transitional Services Agreements be completed and that the Company should not continue to use such agreements.

More Definitions of Transitional Services Agreements

Transitional Services Agreements means the transitional services agreement or agreements to be entered into between Alcon and Novartis on or around the Separation Date;

Transitional Services Agreements or “TSA” means the transitional services agreement in the Agreed Terms which shall be entered into by the Purchaser and the Seller, on the Closing Date;

Transitional Services Agreements means the several Transitional Services Agreements between DuPont and/or any of the Retained Subsidiaries on the one hand, and Conoco, and/or any of its Subsidiaries, on the other hand, dated the date hereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto.

Transitional Services Agreements means the transitional services agreements in the agreed form (i) between the Telecity Group Limited, Equinix (UK) Limited and London DivestCo to be dated on or around the date of this Agreement; (ii) between the Amsterdam DivestCo Seller and Amsterdam DivestCo to be dated on or around the date of this Agreement; (iii) between the Frankfurt DivestCo Seller and Frankfurt DivestCo dated 20 April 2016 and to be amended and restated immediately prior to the execution of this agreement; and (iv) between Telecity Group Limited, London DivestCo, Amsterdam DivestCo and Frankfurt DivestCo to be dated on or around the date of this Agreement;

Transitional Services Agreements. The Transitional Services Agreement between Hi/fn and Stac, which agreement shall be entered into on or prior to the Distribution Date in substantially the form of Exhibit G attached hereto.

Transitional Services Agreements means the following agreements by and among the Company, the Seller and companies in the Seller’s Group: (i) the Transitional Services Agreement providing for the use of office space in Ashton-under-Lyne, England; and (ii) the Transitional Services Agreement providing for the use of information technology, and the provision of certain other services, each in the Agreed Form;

Transitional Services Agreements means the Transitional Services Agreements entered into by and between Columbia/HCA and each of LifePoint and Triad dated as of May 11, 1999.
