Examples of Transitioned Employee in a sentence
During the first fiscal year after the Effective Date, prior to making any employment change (including but not limited to termination, reassignment, or promotion) with respect to any Transitioned Employee, MTC will provide the ABAG Executive Board with 30 days prior written notice of the intended change before any action is taken.
No Transitioned Employee may be terminated, reassigned, or promoted during such period without prior written notice to the ABAG Executive Board and the affected LCP, if applicable.
Such Transitioned Employees shall be treated for all purposes as common law employees of MTC and shall have the same benefits and be subject to the same employment policies as existing MTC employees, provided however that certain accommodations shall be made on a case by case basis with regard to accrued sick time and vacation time as individual Transitioned Employee cases warrant.
For any Inactive Employee who is to become a Transitioned Employee, Service Provider shall make arrangements for such Inactive Employee’s return to work in accordance with the provisions of any applicable Laws and current Client leave policies as disclosed to Service Provider, including for maternity leave and disability leave.
TXU shall notify Buyer in writing of each Transitioned Employee who executes the Agreement and Release in a timely manner.
