Transitioned Employees definition
Transitioned Employees shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.2(a).
Transitioned Employees means Affected Employees who accept First Data’s offers of employment in the manner and within the time frame reasonably specified by First Data in such offers.
Transitioned Employees has the meaning given in Schedule E.

As of the Employment Effective Date, the Transitioned Employees will be employees of Eikon for all purposes.

More Definitions of Transitioned Employees
Transitioned Employees means the Affected Personnel who accept offers of employment from Supplier, its Affiliates or Subcontractors and become employed by such Entities pursuant to Article 8. Upon being employed by such Entities, such Transitioned Employees shall be deemed to be Supplier Personnel as defined herein.
Transitioned Employees means Affected Employees who either accept an offer of employment with Provider or whose employment is transitioned to Provider pursuant to relevant ARD Laws (or the equivalent in countries outside of the EU) and become employed by Provider effective as of the start of business on the Effective Date or such other date as to which the Parties mutually agree.
Transitioned Employees means, from and after the Effective Benefits Time, (i) all Business Employees employed by any FHS Company, (ii) all Business Employees employed by any Asset Seller who accept Purchaser's offers of employment as provided in this Agreement or who are transferred to Purchaser by operation of applicable law and (iii) all Business Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement who become employees of Purchaser by virtue of Purchaser's assumption of such collective bargaining agreement pursuant to this Agreement and/or applicable law.
Transitioned Employees means the employees of AT&T or its Affiliates, on the applicable Effective Date, who accept Amdocs’ offer of new employment with Amdocs and become employees of Amdocs as contemplated in Article 8. Upon being employed by Amdocs, such Transitioned Employees shall be deemed to be Amdocs Personnel as defined herein.
