Transportation Charges definition

Transportation Charges means the amounts assessed for the movement of a shipment and does not include any other fees or charges which may be assessed including, but not limited to, all applicable accessorial charges, special or additional handling fees, customs duties and taxes, Declared Value charges, Check to Shipper (C.T.S.) charges, surcharges, and late payment fees.
Transportation Charges means in respect of each GTA the charges payable by Shipper to Transporter in connection with Gas transmission services under the GTA.
Transportation Charges means all Shipment-specific rates, together with the applicable fuel surcharge and all applicable accessorial charges, but do not include any other fees or charges which may be assessed under these Service Conditions, such as, but not limited to, customs duties and taxes, however levied or applied, and C.O.D. charges.
