Transportation Terms and Conditions. Those terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and understood to be included in the transportation agreement between THE CARRIER and the Passenger. Related to Transportation Terms and Conditions

  • Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).

  • Quality Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.3 of Exhibit B to the ITP.
