Treasury Note means a direct obligation of the U.S. Government having a maturity at the time of issuance of five years or less but more than 364 days.

If any U.S. Government Securities Dealer does not quote a rate required to determine the Treasury Bill Xxxe or the Treasury Note Rate, the Treasury Bill Xxxe or the Treasury Note Rate shall be determined on the basis of the quotation or quotations furnished by the remaining U.S. Government Securities Dealer or U.S. Government Securities Dealers and any Substitute U.S. Government Securities Dealers selected by the Trust to provide such rate or rates not being supplied by any U.S. Government Securities Dealer or U.S. Government Securities Dealers, as the case may be, or, if the Trust does not select any such Substitute U.S. Government Securities Dealer or Substitute U.S. Government Securities Dealers, by the remaining U.S. Government Securities Dealer or U.S. Government Securities Dealers.
