During each Interest Rate Reset Period (as defined in the Supplemental Indenture), the Notes will accrue interest at a rate per annum equal to the 5-Year Treasury Rate (as defined in the Supplemental Indenture) as of the most recent Interest Rate Calculation Date (as defined in the Supplemental Indenture) plus 2.840%; provided, that the interest rate during any Interest Rate Reset Period for the Notes will not reset below 6.875%.
The Series B Notes bear interest (i) from and including the date of the original issuance to, but excluding, September 15, 2036 at an annual rate of 7.250% and (ii) from and including September 15, 2036 during each Series B Interest Reset Period at an annual rate equal to the Five-Year Treasury Rate as of the most recent Reset Interest Determination Date, plus 2.848%; provided, that the interest rate during any Series B Interest Reset Period will not reset below 7.250%.
