Treasury Shares definition

Treasury Shares means Shares that were previously issued but were purchased, redeemed, surrendered or otherwise acquired by the Company and not cancelled.
Treasury Shares means any share that was acquired and held by the Company, or as treated as having been acquired and held by the Company, which has been held continuously by the Company since it was acquired and which has not been cancelled; and
Treasury Shares means shares of a company that were previously issued but were repurchased, redeemed or otherwise acquired by the company and not cancelled.

  • The Company cannot exercise any right in respect of Treasury Shares.

  • However, the allotment of Shares as fully paid bonus shares in respect of Treasury Shares is allowed.
