Trial License definition

Trial License means a license to use an App free of charge during the Trial Period solely for test purposes, in the Territory and subject to any further terms and conditions described in the applicable Cover Sheet.
Trial License. A time-limited free Trial License can be granted by the Licensor on demand, at the Licensor’s discretion, for a specified period. A Trial License is limited to Clients using the Software for evaluation purposes only and comes with absolutely no warranty. More Definitions of Trial License

Trial License means a License granted to the User for a limited duration of thirty (30) days, to enable the User to evaluate the Software and to determine whether to purchase the non-trial version of the Software. Use of a Trial License for commercial, professional or for-profit purposes is forbidden.

QualiSystems may decide not to charge for the Trial Licenses but note that Your service hosting facility may have additional limitations and may charge You for any use made by You (or QualiSystems on your behalf) of any of the services provided by Your service hosting facility, including the Cloud and/or other Customer environments and/or services for purpose of Services under such Trial License, and all such charges shall be solely born by You and shall be Your sole and exclusive liability, in addition to anything set forth herein.
