Trial Services definition

Trial Services means, collectively, Epicor’s online business application suite or portions thereof offered on a Software as a Service (SaaS) basis on a trial or controlled release (e.g., early release).
Trial Services means any Acquia product, service or functionality that may be made available by Acquia to Customer to try at Customer’s option, at no additional charge, and which is designated as “beta,” “trial,” “non-GA,” “pilot,” “developer preview,” “non-production,” “evaluation,” or by a similar designation.
Trial Services shall have the meaning set forth in ANNEX A to Schedule 2.01(a).

Examples of Trial Services in a sentence

  • Trial Services are provided for evaluation purposes and not for production use.

  • Additional terms and conditions may apply to Free Trial Services and Customer agrees any such additional terms and conditions are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and are legally binding.

  • If Customer registers or accepts an invitation for Trial Services, including through Acquia’s website, or executes an Order for the same, Acquia will make such Trial Services available to Customer on a trial basis, free of charge, until the earlier of (a) the end of the free trial period for which Customer registered to use the applicable Trial Services, or (b) the end date specified in the applicable Order.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of section 8 “Warranties and Disclaimersˮ and section 9 “Third-Party Claims ˮ, the Trial Services are provided “as-isˮ without any warranty or representation of any kind and, to the extent permitted by law, the total, cumulative liability of Contentsquare (and its respective Affiliates) arising out of or related to the Trial Services will be limited to one thousand (US $1,000) dollars.

Trial Services means any Nuvolo product, service or functionality that may be made available by Nuvolo to Customer to try at Customer’s option, at no additional charge, and which is designated as “beta,” “test,” “trial,” “non- GA,” “unpaid pilot,” “developer preview,” “non-production,” “evaluation,” or by a similar designation.
Trial Services means the services to be provided by the Supplier on a trial basis for the evaluation of purchasing Services for the applicable Schedule.

Trial Services means Products that BSM makes available to Customer for trial purposes (paid or unpaid) pursuant to an Order Form that specifies that Customer’s use of Products is for a trial purpose.
