Trigger Event Notice definition

Trigger Event Notice means the notice specifying that a Trigger Event has occurred, which shall be issued by the Issuer not more than two Korean Business Days after the occurrence of a Trigger Event to the holders of the Subordinated Notes and the Principal Paying Agent in accordance with Condition 17 and which shall state in reasonable detail the nature of the relevant Trigger Event.
Trigger Event Notice means the notice referred to as such in Condition 6 which shall be given by the Issuer to the Holders, in accordance with Condition 15, the Trustee, the Registrar, the Principal Paying Agent and the Competent Authority, and which shall state with reasonable detail the nature of the relevant Trigger Event, the basis of its calculation and the relevant Write Down Date (which may be a date prior to or following the date of the Trigger Event Notice);
Trigger Event Notice means the notice specifying that a Trigger Event has occurred, which shall be issued by the Issuer not more than two Business Days after the occurrence of a Trigger Event to the holders of the Subordinated Notes, the Trustee and the Issuing and Paying Agent in accordance with Condition 16 and which shall state with reasonable detail the nature of the relevant Trigger Event and, if applicable, specify, as applicable (A) the Trigger Event Write-off Amount per Subordinated Note to be Written-off or (B) details of any conversion consistent with any mechanics specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement. For the purposes of this definition, a Trigger Event Notice shall be deemed to be delivered on a Business Day if it is received by the Trustee at its principal place of business and by the Issuing and Paying Agent and the Registrar at their respective specified offices during normal business hours;

  • Upon the occurrence of a Trigger Event with respect to this Note or any Other Note, the Company shall within (1) Business Day deliver written notice thereof via facsimile or e-mail and overnight courier (a "Trigger Event Notice") to the Holder.

  • Any transfer of interests in any Subordinated Notes that are the subject of a Trigger Event Notice issued in accordance with Condition 6 or notice of issue of a Bail-in Certificate shall not be permitted during any Suspension Period (as defined below).

  • If a Trigger Event Notice is given after a notice of redemption shall have been given by the Company but before the redemption has occurred, such notice of redemption shall automatically be revoked and be null and void and the relevant redemption shall not be made.

Trigger Event Notice means the notice referred to as such in Condition 6 which shall be given by the Issuer to the Holders, the Fiscal Agent, the Paying Agents and the Competent Authority, in accordance with Condition 6 and Condition 14 and which shall state with reasonable detail the nature of the relevant Trigger Event, the relevant Write Down being implemented, any Write Down Amount (if then known) and the basis of its calculation and the relevant Write Down Date;
Trigger Event Notice means the notice referred to as such in Condition 6 which shall be given by the Issuer to the Noteholders, in accordance with Condition 13, the Trustee, the Registrar, the Principal Paying Agent and the PRA, and which shall state with reasonable detail (i) the nature of the relevant Trigger Event, (ii) the basis of its calculation, (iii) the prevailing Conversion Price, (iv) the relevant Conversion Date (which may be a date prior to or following the date of the Trigger Event Notice), (v) details of the Conversion Shares Depositary, (vi) details of the Conversion Shares Offer (if one is to occur) and (vii) details of how to give notices required or permitted by these Conditions to the Conversion Shares Depositary;
