Trust Corpus definition

Trust Corpus has the meaning given to such term in Section 2.01(a) hereof.
Trust Corpus has the meaning given to such term in Section 2.01(a) hereof (and in Section 2.03(a) hereof in respect of Subsequent Contracts and related assets transferred to the Trust pursuant to Subsequent Transfer Agreements).

More Definitions of Trust Corpus

Trust Corpus means the amounts delivered to the Trustee as described in Section 2.01 and 4.02(b) hereof in whatever form held or invested as provided herein. The Trust Corpus shall be held, invested and reinvested by the Trustee in cash or marketable securities only in accordance with this Section 2.

The Trust Corpus shall at all times be limited to shares of Common Stock and cash or Cash Equivalents.
