Trust Disbursement Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c)(2) of this Agreement.

To the extent that the Trust Disbursement Amount is less than the amount requested in the applicable Master Application for Payment, such amount shall, except as provided by Section 10.15 hereof, be retained by the Trustee in the applicable Accounts and Subaccounts from which such amounts would otherwise have been funded pursuant to Section 3.4(d) or Section 3.4(e) hereof, as applicable.
