Trust Distribution Plan definition

Trust Distribution Plan means the Trust Distribution Plan established under the Trust Agreement.
Trust Distribution Plan means the Trust Distribution Plan established under the Trust Agreement and attached to this Plan as Exhibit I, which governs the payment of Trust Distributions.
