Trust Note definition

Trust Note. As defined in the Introductory Statement.
Trust Note has the meaning assigned to that term in the Deposit and Disbursement Agreement.

  • Each payment or prepayment of principal of this Note or any other Trust Note shall be made to the holders of the Trust Notes pro rata in accordance with the respective unpaid principal amounts of such holders’ respective Trust Notes.
