Trust Order definition

Trust Order or "TRUST REQUEST" means a written statement, request or order of the Trust signed in its name by one or more Responsible Officers of the Trustee and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
Trust Order has the meaning stated in Section 11.3(a).
Trust Order or “Trust Request” means a written statement, request or order of the Trust signed in its name by Wilmington and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

  • Any moneys deposited with a Paying Agent in excess of an amount sufficient to pay the amounts then becoming due on the Notes with respect to which such deposit was made shall, upon Trust Order, be paid over by such Paying Agent to the Indenture Trustee for application in accordance with Article VIII hereof.
