Examples of Trust Parties in a sentence
It is understood that directors, officers, employees and shareholders of the Trust Parties are or may become interested in the Adviser and its Affiliates, as directors, officers, employees, partners, shareholders, members, managers or otherwise, and that the Adviser and directors, officers, employees, partners, shareholders, members and managers of the Adviser and its Affiliates are or may become similarly interested in the Trust Parties as shareholders or otherwise.
All Organization and Offering Expenses paid by the Adviser pursuant to this Section 3(b) shall be reimbursed by the Trust Parties to the Adviser in sixty (60) equal monthly installments commencing with the first anniversary of the Commencement Date.
The Adviser shall for all purposes herein provided be deemed to be an independent contractor and, except as expressly provided or authorized herein, shall have no authority to act for or represent the Trust Parties in any way or otherwise be deemed an agent of the Trust Parties.
Cooperate with the Trust Parties to provide an orderly management transition.
The Trust Parties will pay the Adviser a management fee (the “DST Management Fee” and, together with the Trust Management Fee and the OP Management Fee, the “Management Fee”) equal to 1.25% per annum, payable monthly, of the aggregate DST Property Consideration for all DST Properties subject to a master lease.
