Trust Period definition

Trust Period means the period ending on the earlier of:
Trust Period means the period of 125 years from the trust’s commencement. This is the perpetuity period of the trust.
Trust Period means (i) with respect to the First Trust, the period from and including the Trust Commencement Date to and including the Trust Termination Date of the First Trust and (ii) with respect to the Second Trust, the period from and including the Trust Commencement Date of the Second Trust to and including the Trust Termination Date of the Second Trust.

  • Pe Trustee may, at any time during the Trust Period, specify by deed, in relation to the whole or any part of the Trust Fund, a date for the purposes of Clause 2.2.2 of this Settlement.

Trust Period means the period of time required under a Taxation Route for Awards and/or Exercised Shares to be held in Trust in order for the Beneficial Grantee to enjoy the tax benefits afforded under such Taxation Route, as will be applicable for such Taxation Route from time to time.
