Trust Request definition

Trust Request has the meaning stated in Section 11.3(a).

Trust Request. A written order or request of the Trust signed on behalf of the Trust by an Authorized Officer of the Owner Trustee, at the direction of the Certificateholders and delivered to the Indenture Trustee or the Authenticating Agent, as applicable.

Trust Request means a written statement, request or order of the Trust signed in its name by Wilmington and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

Examples of Trust Request in a sentence

• Subject to applicable law, money held by the Indenture Trustee or a Note Paying Agent in trust under this Section 3.3 which remains unclaimed for two (2) years after it became due and payable will be discharged from the trust and paid to the Trust on Trust Request.

Trust Request means, with respect to any request to the Trust to take an action under the Transaction Documents or any Series Related Document, a written request, signed in the name of the Trust by a Responsible Person.
