Trust Securities definition

Trust Securities means the Common Securities and the Capital Securities.
Trust Securities has the meaning specified in the first recital of this Indenture.
Trust Securities means Common Securities and Capital Securities of the Trust.

Examples of Trust Securities in a sentence

  • The Trust Securities shall be personal property giving only the rights specifically set forth therein and in this Trust Agreement.
