Trust Security means any one of the Common Securities or the Preferred Securities.

Trust Security means any one of the Common Trust Securities or the Preferred Trust Securities.
Trust Security or “Trust Securities” means (i) common shares of beneficial interest of the Trust, (ii) preferred shares of beneficial interest of the Trust (other than preferred stock described in Section 1504(a)(4) of the Code), (iii) warrants, rights, or options (including options within the meaning of Treasury Regulation Sections 1.382-2T(h)(4)(v) and 1.382-4) to purchase Securities issued by the Trust, and (iv) any Shares not included within the preceding clauses (i) through (iii) of this definition.
