Trustee Account definition

Trustee Account shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3.06(a).

Trustee Account means that certain trustee account established by the Lender for the benefit of the holders of the Notes pursuant to the Indenture.

• The sole signatories for such accounts shall be designated by the Regular Trustees; provided, however, that the Institutional Trustee shall designate the signatories for the Institutional Trustee Account.

• Except as provided in Section 3.8 with respect to the Debentures and the Institutional Trustee Account or as otherwise provided in this Declaration, legal title to all assets of the Trust shall be vested in the Trust.

More Definitions of Trustee Account

Trustee Account means an account in the name of the trustees of a trust or the executors or administrators of a deceased estate.

Trustee Account shall have the meaning as defined in Section 4(a)(i). Unaudited Financial Statements - shall have the meaning as defined in Section 6.III.(h).
