Upon his execution of this Agreement and Declaration of Trust dated May 10, 1995 or a counterpart hereof or some other writing in which he accepted such Trusteeship and agreed to the provisions hereof, the individual whose signature is affixed thereto as Initial Trustee became the Initial Trustee thereof.
