TSR Percentile Ranking definition

TSR Percentile Ranking means the relative ranking of the Company’s Total Shareholder Return as compared to the Total Shareholder Returns of the Peer Group companies, expressed as a percentile ranking.
TSR Percentile Ranking means the relative ranking of the Corporation’s Total Shareholder Return for the July 2011December 2012 Performance Cycle as compared to the Total Shareholder Return of the Peer Group companies during the July 2011 – December 2012 Performance Cycle, expressed as a percentile ranking.
TSR Percentile Ranking means the percentage that is determined by dividing (a) the number of entities in the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index (the “S&P 500”) at the beginning of the Performance Period that had a TSR for the Performance Period less than the Company’s TSR for the Performance Period, by (b) the total number of entities in the S&P 500 at the beginning of the Performance Period; provided, however, (i) any entity that is not trading during the last month of the Performance Period due to being acquired or going private shall be excluded from the calculation; and (ii) any entity that is not trading during the last month of the Performance Period due to bankruptcy, insolvency, delisting from the applicable exchange or, at the discretion of the Committee, the acquisition of the entity as the result of financial distress, will be deemed to have a TSR at the bottom of the TSR Percentile Ranking calculation.

  • The Company TSR Percentile Ranking will be determined as set forth in Section 2(c) below.

  • If at any time during the Performance Cycle, an S&P 500 Company ceases to be a publicly-traded company, such company shall be removed and treated as if it had never been an S&P 500 Company for purposes of determining the TSR Percentile Ranking.

  • The Company TSR Percentile Ranking shall mean the percentage of TSRs of the companies included the S&P MidCap 400 Index as of the last day of the Performance Period that are lower than the Company’s TSR for the Performance Period.

TSR Percentile Ranking means the percentile ranking of the Company TSR for the applicable Performance Period among the TSRs for the Xxxxxxx 2000 Companies for the Performance Period. If the Company TSR for a Performance Period is equal to the TSR(s) of one or more other Xxxxxxx 2000 Companies for that Performance Period, the Company TSR will be deemed to be greater than the TSR of such other Xxxxxxx 2000 Companies for that Performance Period.

TSR Percentile Ranking means the percentage of the S&P 500 Companies with Total Shareholder Return for the Performance Period that is less than or equal to Delta’s Total Shareholder Return. If the Company’s Total Shareholder Return is the same as another company’s Total Shareholder Return, the Company shall be treated as having the higher Total Shareholder Return. The percentile ranking shall be carried out to two decimal places.
TSR Percentile Ranking means the Company’s percentile ranking relative to the Performance Peer Companies, based on TSR, calculated as follows (rounded up to the nearest whole percentile):

TSR Percentile Ranking is determined by ordering the Index Companies (plus the Company if the Company is not one of the Index Companies) from highest to lowest based on TSR for the Performance Period and counting down from the company with the highest TSR (ranked first) to the Company’s position on the list. (If two companies are ranked equally, the ranking of the next company shall account for the tie, so that if one company is ranked first, and two companies are tied for second, the next company is ranked fourth.)
