Type of Advance definition

Type of Advance refers to the distinction between Advances bearing interest at the Base Rate or Eurodollar Rate.
Type of Advance. [Base Rate or Eurodollar Loan].
Type of Advance shall have the meaning given such term set forth in Subsection 2.1(B).

  • The Borrower shall select the Type of Advance and, in the case of each Eurodollar Advance, the Interest Period applicable thereto from time to time.

Type of Advance means a Floating Rate Advance or a Eurodollar Rate Advance.
