UCC-1 Financing Statement definition

UCC-1 Financing Statement means the document delivered by Borrower to Bank detailed in the section of this Agreement titled “Collateral Documents.”
UCC-1 Financing Statement means a financing statement, or amendment thereto, which will be filed with the appropriate office and shall evidence perfection of a first and prior security interest in the collateral described in the Security Agreement in favor of Agent, for the benefit of the Banks, except for the Permitted Liens.

More Definitions of UCC-1 Financing Statement

UCC-1 Financing Statement means a financing statement in form and content acceptable to Lender, which will be filed with the appropriate filing office and shall evidence perfection of a first and prior security interest in the Collateral in favor of Lender, except for the Permitted Liens.
UCC-1 Financing Statement means a financing statement, substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Attachment No. 14, which is incorporated herein by this reference.
UCC-1 Financing Statement means a UCC-1 financing statement dated of even date herewith executed by Project Owner, as debtor, in favor of Lender, as secured party, in connection with Lender making proceeds of the Loan available to the Borrower for the Project, as such UCC-1 financing statement may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time.
UCC-1 Financing Statement means a financing statement on Form UCC-1 which statement is in appropriate form for filing under the Uniform Commercial Code in effect in the applicable jurisdiction in which such statement is to be filed.
UCC-1 Financing Statement means each UCC-1 Financing Statement naming Administrative Agent as secured party and any Borrower as debtor that is filed or recorded (or required by Administrative Agent to be filed or recorded) as security for the Secured Obligations.
UCC-1 Financing Statement means collectively the UCC-1 Financing Statements dated the Closing Date and entered into in connection with the Loan.
