UCC Search. One current UCC search from the following states: (i) California, (ii) New York; and (iii) the state of producer's principal place of business. Each search report must show that the Picture is free and clear of any and all liens. Castle Hill Productions, Inc. agrees to perform said search, the cost of which shall be reimbursed by Grantor.

Examples of UCC Search in a sentence

  • The Transferor Partners shall pay one-half of all: (i) Title Insurance and Survey costs, (ii) escrow and recording costs (iii) transfer taxes and documentary stamps, if any, and (iv) UCC Search costs.
