UCC Search definition

UCC Search has the meaning specified in Section 6.04.

UCC Search. One current UCC search from the following states: (i) California, (ii) New York; and (iii) the state of producer's principal place of business. Each search report must show that the Picture is free and clear of any and all liens. Castle Hill Productions, Inc. agrees to perform said search, the cost of which shall be reimbursed by Grantor.

UCC Search means the security interest, tax lien, suit and judgment search of the Borrower conducted in the locations set forth on Schedule 2 hereto.

UCC Search. A search of the filings (at the state and county levels) pursuant to the UCC with regard to the Personal Property.

UCC Search means a UCC records search from the appropriate filing office for the Collateral, and from any other office deemed necessary or advisable by Lender, which records search must evidence no conflicting security interests, except the Permitted Liens.
