UK Guarantors definition

UK Guarantors means all of such entities collectively.

UK Guarantors means Maybach and its material Wholly Owned subsidiaries.

Examples of UK Guarantors in a sentence

• In relation to any dispute relating to the UK Guaranteed Obligations, UK Guarantors each hereby irrevocably (i) submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, and (ii) waives objections to the courts of England on the grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.

UK Guarantors means (a) each Subsidiary of the US Borrower (other than the UK Borrower and any Unrestricted Subsidiary) on the Funding Date that is a member of the Rockwood Group and that is incorporated under the laws of England and Wales and (b) each Subsidiary of the US Borrower that is incorporated under the laws of England and Wales and that becomes a party to the UK Guarantee after the Funding Date pursuant to Section 9.11.
