UK Guarantors means Maybach and its material Wholly Owned subsidiaries.

More Definitions of UK Guarantors

UK Guarantors means (a) each Subsidiary of the US Borrower (other than the UK Borrower and any Unrestricted Subsidiary) on the Funding Date that is a member of the Rockwood Group and that is incorporated under the laws of England and Wales and (b) each Subsidiary of the US Borrower that is incorporated under the laws of England and Wales and that becomes a party to the UK Guarantee after the Funding Date pursuant to Section 9.11.
UK Guarantors. (a) each UK Borrower, (b) the Initial UK Guarantors and (c) each other UK Subsidiary that, after the date hereof, has executed a supplement or joinder to this Agreement in accordance with Section 9.1.12 and has satisfied the other requirements set forth in Section 9.1.12 in order to become a UK Guarantor.
